Reiki Level 1 Training by IINH is a two-day immersive journey that introduces you to the foundation of Reiki — the art of channeling universal life force energy.

Each session blends learning, live practice, and guided attunement — helping you feel the energy flow through your palms, your heart, and your entire being.

🌞 🌼 Day 1 – The Awakening (1st November)

 Theme: Understanding Energy and the Science of Healing
You’ll explore:

• ⚡ How the Body and Mind Interact with Energy
• 🔮 Chakras — Understanding, Balancing & Reading Them

• 🧠 Anatomy for Reiki — How Energy Influences the Body

By the end of Day 1, you’ll begin to feel the Reiki energy flow within your palms and experience your first wave of calm awareness.

Theme: Attunement & Empowered Healing

 You’ll experience:

• 🪷 The 1-to-1 Personalized Attunement Ceremony — where your energy channels are opened and connected to the universal life force

• 🧘 How to Give Reiki to Yourself and Others
• 🌟 21-Day Self-Healing Integration Plan
• 💖 Grounding & Protection Techniques for Practitioners

Day 2 concludes with a deep energy meditation that leaves you balanced, light, and centered  ready to live Reiki, not just learn it.
